Architecture & Church

Dating from the 16th-century, The Boracay Old Church Ruins are some of the oldest standing ruins on the island. Popular with locals for weddings, funerals, and gatherings, it was destroyed in the eruption of Mt. Vulcan in 1871.

Monuments

Willy’s Rock is a breathtaking landmark highly photographed by tourists, making it a popular spot. The site is a volcanic formation and hosts a shrine to the Virgin Mary. It is near Station 1 on the shore of Boracay and can be easily accessed by beach-goers.

Whilst in the area, hop on a quick boat from Station 1 to visit Ariel’s Point. The area is popular amongst tourists for cliff jumping into the bright blue sea. There is a great selection of authentic food just by the cliff edge to indulge in after a dip in the sea.

Colorful Celebration

The Ati-Atihan Festival is a colorful and lively celebration of traditional indigenous cultures across the island, also honoring the Infant Jesus. The week-long festival is held annually every January.
