1. PROMOTION ORGANIZER AND PARTNER

This promotion is organized and administered by Philippine Airlines, Inc. (“PAL”), in partnership with Visa Philippines (“Visa”). PAL shall administer the raffle draw, validation of entries, winner verification, and awarding of prizes.. Visa shall provide and fulfill the prizes awarded under this promotion, including coordination of the winners' travel package and event experience. 

2. ELIGIBILITY

The promotion is open to Philippine residents who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of booking.  

Employees of Philippine Airlines (PAL), PAL Express, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

3. PROMO PERIOD

The promo booking period is from August 14, 2026 to September 25, 2026.

4. HOW TO JOIN

To participate in the promotion, customers must complete the following steps during the Promo Period.

Step 1 – Make an Eligible Booking: 

Eligible Booking means a booking that meets all the following requirements:

• Book a Philippine Airlines-operated international flight from the Philippines to any international destination;
• Pay using a Visa Credit Card or Visa Debit Card issued in the Philippines;
• Complete the booking exclusively through the Philippine Airlines Official Website or the Philippine Airlines Mobile App; and
• The entire itinerary must consist only of Philippine Airlines-operated flights. 

Both one-way and round-trip bookings qualify.

Bookings made through travel agencies, online travel agencies (OTAs), other third-party booking channels, or codeshare flights are not eligible.

Step 2 – Receive the Promo Registration Email

During the online booking process, customers must consent and select "Yes" to receive Philippine Airlines marketing communications via email.

Only customers with an Eligible Booking who have provided this consent will receive the Promo Registration email containing the registration link.

Step 3 – Complete the Promo Registration

To qualify for the raffle, customers must complete and submit the Promo Registration Form by providing the following:

• Full Name;
• Mobile Number;
• Email Address;
• Booking Reference Number;
• Confirmation that they have read and agreed to these Promo Mechanics; and
• Consent to the collection and processing of their personal information for purposes of administering this promotion.

Only fully accomplished registration forms submitted before the raffle draw on October 7, 2026  shall be considered valid.

Only fully accomplished registration forms submitted not later than 1:00 PM (Philippine Time) on October 7, 2026 shall be considered valid.

5. ELIGIBLE RAFFLE PARTICIPANT

The eligible raffle participant shall be the “Primary Passenger,” defined as the first passenger whose name appears in the Booking Reference Number (PNR) of an Eligible Booking that was paid using a qualified Philippine-issued Visa Credit Card or Visa Debit Card and for which a valid Promo Registration Form has been submitted.

Regardless of the number of passengers included in an Eligible Booking, only the Primary Passenger shall be entitled to the corresponding raffle entries. Only one (1) registration shall be accepted per Booking Reference Number (PNR). Participants may register multiple Eligible Bookings, and the raffle entries earned from each qualified Eligible Booking shall be cumulative.

6. RAFFLE ENTRIES

Qualified participants will earn raffle entries based on the ticket itinerary and cabin class as follows:

Raffle entries shall only be awarded upon successful completion of all eligibility, booking, and registration requirements under these Promo Mechanics.

Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or invalid Eligible Bookings as of the raffle draw date shall automatically be disqualified and shall not earn raffle entries. 

7. PRIZE

Three (3) winners shall each receive one (1) 2026 MAMA Awards Experience, courtesy of Visa, which includes:

• Round-trip Economy Class airfare between the Philippines and Osaka, Japan;
• Four (4) days and three (3) nights hotel accommodation (twin-sharing);
• Daily breakfast;
• Round-trip airport transfers;
• Round-trip transfers between the hotel and event venue;
• Tickets to the 2026 MAMA Awards Day 1 and Day 2 shows;
• Visa Hospitality Experience;
• One (1) Welcome Gift Pack; and
• One (1) companion entitlement.

Each winner may nominate one (1) companion who will receive the same travel and event inclusions.

The nominated companion is not required to have participated in the promotion but must comply with all applicable travel, immigration, and documentary requirements.

8. RAFFLE DRAW

The raffle draw shall be conducted electronically on October 7, 2026 under the supervision of a representative from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

The raffle draw shall be conducted through a computerized random electronic draw on October 7, 2026 under the supervision of a representative from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

Three (3) winners and the corresponding reserve winners shall be selected.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

Winners shall be notified within 48 hours after the raffle draw through:

• their registered email address, mailing address;
• registered mobile number; 

To claim the prize, winners must confirm within three (3) business days from receipt of notification and participate in an online verification meeting designated by Philippine Airlines.

Winners shall submit the following documents:

• One (1) valid government-issued photo ID;
• A valid passport with at least six (6) months' validity from November 20, 2026;
• The qualified Visa Credit Card or Visa Debit Card used for the Eligible Booking; and
• A valid Japan visa.

Philippine Airlines may require additional documents reasonably necessary to verify eligibility.

Failure to respond, complete verification, or submit the required documents within the prescribed period shall result in forfeiture of the prize. The forfeited prize shall be awarded to a reserve winner upon prior approval by the DTI.

10. PRIZE CLAIMING, TRANSFER, AND WAIVER

Upon receipt of the notification, each winner shall have thirty (30) calendar days to advise Philippine Airlines whether he or she intends to:

• Accept the prize;
• Request the transfer of the prize to another eligible Visa cardholder; or
• Waive the prize.

If the winner chooses to transfer the prize, the winner must submit a signed letter identifying the transferee within the prescribed period.

The transferee must:

• Be an existing Visa cardholder;
• Comply with the same eligibility requirements, verification procedures, documentary requirements, and travel conditions applicable to the original winner; and
• Submit all required documents within the deadline prescribed by Philippine Airlines.

If the winner decides not to claim or transfer the prize, the winner shall execute a written Waiver and Release in favor of Philippine Airlines and Visa.

If the winner fails to respond within the prescribed period, refuses the prize, fails to complete the verification requirements, or fails to submit the required waiver or transfer documents, the prize shall be forfeited and awarded to a reserve winner, subject to the approval of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

Prizes are not convertible to cash.

11. TRAVEL CONDITIONS

Following successful verification and acceptance of the prize, Visa Philippines shall coordinate directly with each winner regarding the travel itinerary, accommodations, event access, and other travel arrangements.

The prize package is valid only for travel from November 19 to November 22, 2026, in time for the 2026 MAMA Awards in Osaka, Japan.

No alternative travel dates shall be provided.

Flights issued under this promotion:

• are valid only for the scheduled travel period;
• are non-changeable once ticketed; and
• shall be issued by the designated airline(s) arranged by Visa.

Failure of the winner or the nominated companion (or approved transferee, where applicable) to travel during the scheduled travel period shall result in forfeiture of the prize.

12. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND EXPENSES

Winners, their nominated companions, or approved transferees shall be solely responsible for securing and maintaining all required travel documents, including:

• a valid passport; and
• a valid Japan visa, where applicable.

Philippine Airlines and Visa shall not be responsible for obtaining, processing, or paying for passports, visas, or any other travel documents required for entry into Japan.

Winners, nominated companions, and approved transferees shall timely secure all required travel documents within the applicable timelines. Failure to obtain the required travel documents in time for the scheduled travel period shall result in forfeiture of the prize, without substitution or compensation and without liability on the part of PAL or Visa.

The prize covers only the travel and event inclusions expressly stated under Section 5 of these Promo Mechanics.

All other expenses, including but not limited to:

• passport fees;
• Japan visa fees;
• travel insurance;
• excess baggage charges;
• hotel incidental charges;
• meals not expressly included;
• terminal fees, where applicable; and
• all other personal or incidental expenses,

shall be for the sole account of the winner, nominated companion, or approved transferee.

13. FORCE MAJEURE, EVENT CHANGES, AND PROMOTION MODIFICATION

PAL and Visa shall not be liable for any failure, delay, cancellation, postponement, modification, suspension, or inability to conduct the promotion or fulfill the prize due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, government action, public health emergencies, war, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, labor disputes, changes in applicable laws or regulations, or other similar events.

If the 2026 MAMA Awards are cancelled, postponed, relocated, materially modified, or otherwise affected by circumstances beyond PAL’s or Visa’s reasonable control, PAL and Visa reserve the right, subject to applicable DTI requirements, to modify the prize arrangements or implement reasonable alternative arrangements.

PAL and Visa likewise reserve the right to modify or suspend the promotion when necessary due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, subject to applicable laws and DTI requirements.

14. TAXES

The winner shall be responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges applicable to the prize, unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in these Promo Mechanics.

Any withholding taxes, if applicable, shall be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine tax laws and regulations.

15. PUBLICITY AND PROMOTIONAL USE

By accepting the prize, winners agree to reasonably participate in publicity activities relat.ing to the promotion, including announcements, photographs, and promotional materials, without additional compensation, subject to applicable data privacy laws and the winner’s consent where required

16. GENERAL TERMS

All prizes are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Promo Mechanics.

Philippine Airlines' decisions regarding the validation of entries, determination of eligibility, winner verification, and implementation of these Promo Mechanics shall be final, subject to applicable laws and the rules and regulations of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

17. DATA PRIVACY

By participating in this promotion, participants acknowledge that they have read and understood the Philippine Airlines Data Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of their personal information solely for purposes of administering this promotion.
