RAFFLE PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promotion is open to Philippine residents who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of registration.
2. To qualify for the raffle, participants must book an eligible Philippine Airlines flight from the Philippines to Korea (Seoul or Busan) between June 25 and July 18, 2026.
3. The promotion is valid for one-way and round-trip itineraries originating from the Philippines and bound for Korea (Seoul or Busan).
4. Eligible bookings must be made through the Philippine Airlines Official Website or Philippine Airlines Mobile App only.
5. Eligible bookings must be on Philippine Airlines-operated flights only.
6. After completing their booking, participants must register for the promotion by accomplishing the online registration form.
7. Participants must provide all required information, including their full name, email address, mobile number, and mailing address, and valid Booking Reference Number.
8. The name used for registration must exactly match the name reflected in the eligible flight booking.
9. A participant may register one (1) or more eligible Booking Reference Numbers, provided that the participant's name appears in each booking and all bookings were made within the valid booking period of the promotion.
10. Each valid Booking Reference Number shall be equivalent to one (1) raffle entry. Participants with multiple eligible Booking Reference Numbers may earn multiple raffle entries, with each eligible booking counted as a separate raffle entry.
11. For bookings containing multiple passengers under the same Booking Reference Number, each eligible passenger whose name appears in the booking may register individually and receive one (1) raffle entry. Entries shall be treated individually and not as a group entry.
12. Duplicate registrations are not allowed. Any registration using the same participant name and the same Booking Reference Number more than once shall be considered a duplicate entry. Only the first valid registration shall be accepted.
13. All entries are subject to verification and validation by Philippine Airlines. Entries with invalid, incomplete, canceled, refunded, duplicated, fraudulent, or unverifiable bookings shall be disqualified.
14. One (1) winner will be selected through a raffle draw and will receive:
    1. One (1) Round-Trip Philippine Airlines Ticket to Korea destinations (Seoul or Busan); and
    2. One (1) Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 (256GB).
15. The raffle draw will be conducted on July 30, 2026 under the supervision of a DTI Representative.
16. The winner will be announced through Philippine Airlines' official Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/PhilippineAirlines
17. The winner shall be notified through email address, through mobile number, and through registered mail.
18. Upon notification, Philippine Airlines (PAL) shall coordinate with the winner for prize verification. The winner will be required to participate in an online verification call (e.g., via Zoom or a similar platform) and thereafter submit the required supporting documents, including one (1) valid government-issued ID, via email.
19. All verification requirements must be completed within sixty (60) days from the date of notification. Failure to comply with these requirements within the prescribed period shall result in forfeiture of the prize, subject to prior approval by the DTI.
20. The prize ticket shall be bookable and useable for a minimum period of six (6) months from the date of issuance, in compliance with DTI regulations. Any extension beyond this period shall be at the discretion of the issuer.
21. Employees of Philippine Airlines and PAL Express, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified to join the promo.
22. All decisions of Philippine Airlines regarding eligibility, validation of entries, winner selection, and prize awarding shall be final, subject to applicable DTI rules and regulations.
23. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Promo Mechanics, authorize Philippine Airlines to validate their booking information and submitted details for the purpose of determining eligibility, conducting the raffle draw, prize fulfillment, and administering the promotion, and acknowledge that they have read and understood Philippine Airlines' Data Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of their personal information in accordance therewith.
